iErgofit is an approach to personal training that is science based. Our programs are tailored to the specialized needs that emerge from an individual's occupation, physical abilities, resources, environment and support systems.

Teaching you how and more importantly why their bodies move as they do, long term physicality becomes an asset. Through injury, the constant over-stimulated lifestyle, sport, etc, bodies develop dysfunction. Weakness, asymmetries, and compensations expose us to further injury and disease that results as we reduce activity and movement to reduce discomfort.

Whether they are Gardener, Firefighter, Dancer, Athlete or just want to be able to walk with the dog more comfortably. The goal is to reestablish the connection between your body and its awesome physicality that may have faded or been impaired through injury. Teaching you how to best move your body will translate ease to every aspect of your life.

I have 8 years of experience as a personal trainer within clinical and gym settings. I am a strong advocate for human performance, more importantly, injury prevention. My focus is training for longevity and sustainability. At the deepest layer, I help people achieve physical autonomy and self-sufficiency with their physical practices and lifestyles.
